Community Support Program
A program for people 18 years and older who have severe and persistent mental illness. The program works with clients to reach their recovery goals.
Services such as crisis intervention, education and symptom management, psychiatric services, advocacy and assistance with daily living skills.
The program is able to provide services in a variety of settings, including in the community or people’s homes. Referrals for this program are accepted through all organizations, family members and self referrals.
Eligibility will be determined during an assessment process. There may be a wait list for services.
